How to Apply

Application Procedure:

To initiate your application process at Chokhmah International Academy, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Access the Online Application Form:

Click on the ‘Apply’ button below to access the Online Application Form.

  1. Accurate Form Completion:

Please ensure to fill in the form accurately with the correct information.

  1. Payment Details:

Make a non-refundable payment of N21,000 naira only for college (day & boarding) using the designated payment platform.

Examination Dates:

Mark your calendar for the entrance examination on the following dates:

First Batch: Saturday, 10th February, 2024.

Second Batch: Saturday, 6th April, 2024.

Entrance Examination Subjects:

  1. Mathematics/Quantitative
  2. English Language/Verbal
  3. General Knowledge

(Includes ICT, Social Studies, Science, and Current Affairs)

CHOKHMAH INFANT AND JUNIOR SCHOOL

  • Infant school (Pre-kg, Nursery 1-3)
  • Junior School (Primary 1-5)

      REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

  1. Visit our website www.chokhmah.org.ng
  2. Click on admission on “Apply for Infant/ Junior School” form, fill and submit.
  3. Make a payment of N16, 000 naira only to the Bank below.

Submission of Documents for Successful Learners:

Parents/guardians of successful learners are expected to provide the following documents to the school:

  1. 2 Recent Passport Photographs
  2. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  3. Photocopy of Academic Records from the most recent school/class attended
  4. Character/Behavioral reference letter from the previous school
  5. Transcript/Result (For Foreign Students: send to admissions@chokhmah.org.ng)

Note: Learners seeking for admission into Year 7 must be 10 years by September 30th of the entry year.
